REFUND POLICY
In accordance with global retail industry standards, and for the safety of our consumers, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of products that appear to be opened, tried, or used.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. You need to exchange it for the same item,
Process of Exchange:
1. First Contact over Whatsapp Chat (Link is available over app & website both).
2. After getting the confirmation over Whatsapp please send a mail at ecom.cloud22perfumes@gmail.com with all required details.
3. Post verifying by our team we will arrange a product exchange where the courier charge should be carried over by the customer.
Shipping
To return your defective product, you should mail your product to: 30, Ramkrishna Samadhi Road, (I-18), Kankurgachi, Kolkata 700054.
NOTE: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
